As per the terms of settlement, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.5 lacs at the time of moving the petitioner under Section 13-B and the remaining amount of Rs.5 lacs is to be paid at the time of final motion. This amount is over and above the amount of Rs.50,000/- directed to be paid by this Court to respondent No.2 vide order dated 15.6.2015, which has also since been paid by the petitioner. In view of the settlement between the parties and noticing the fact that the dispute has arisen out of the marital discord, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition by making the interim direction dated 15.6.2015 absolute.
