*** SURINDER GUPTA, J The petitioner/informant who has appeared in person submits that he has filed this petition, in the shape of some information, for initiating proceedings under Section 340 Cr.P.C. in the main Civil Writ Petition No.8408 of 2017.
On perusal of the petition and hearing the petitioner, who has appeared in person, it is very difficult to make out as to what the petitioner wants to convey. I have given time to the petitioner to explain his pleadings and the relief he is claiming but he appears to be not clear about the same. In this application a reference has been made to numerous petitions pending and in the end the petitioner has sought the relief to decide whether or not it is expedient or not expedient in the interest of justice that the inquiry should be made in terms of Section 340 Cr.P.C. If the petitioner feels that proceedings under Section 340 Cr.P.C. are required to be initiated in CWP No. 8408 of 2017, he may move a specific application making out the Deepak Kumar 2017.08.08 17:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
