SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 seeking the concession of grant of regular bail for the petitioner in FIR No.22 dated 15.02.2023 under Sections 21/29 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at P.S Sujanpur, District Pathankot.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.
