ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) Concededly what has been assailed by the petitioner before this Court are the show cause notices dated 27.01.2024 (P-6) and 19.02.2024 (P_7), whereby the petitioners were granted opportunity to submit response within a specified time.

Upon being pointedly asked, learned counsel for the petitioners concedes that, to date, no response has been submitted by the petitioners. Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Advocate is present in Court on behalf of respondent-HSAMB. He submits that even though the petitioners failed to submit response to the show cause notices within a stipulated period, no formal order has been passed against the petitioners as yet. He submits that in the event any reply by the petitioners is submitted within a week from today, the competent authority shall consider the matter in the right earnest and shall thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks. Learned counsel for petitioners is agreeable to the course suggested by the learned counsel for the respondent-HSAMB and submits that let this petition be disposed of in view of the statement made by him. C.W.P. No. 6279 of 2024 In the wake of the position sketched out above, this petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties.

This Court is sanguine that the authorities shall consider/examine the matter in issue, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within the time indicated by learned counsel for the respondents, assigning reasons in support thereof. Needless to assert that this order shall not constitute an expression of opinion on the merits of the case of either party, for, as indicated earlier, the competent authority shall examine the grievances of the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law.
