**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.374 dated 11.10.2025 under Sections 190, 191(3), 305, 331(3) 61 BNS registered at Police Station Sadar Sirsa, District Sirsa.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instruction from ASI Deepa Rani, submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 26.02.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 26.02.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 26.02.2026 is made absolute.
