(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the order dated 15.05.2000 (Annexure P-6) passed by the respondents. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to treat the initial date of joining of the petitioner i.e. 22.12.1995 as the actual date of joining and to release her all consequential benefits by treating the said date as actual date of joining.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to get instructions from the petitioner.

In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
