Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 21 dated 10.02.2011 registered under Sections 406/420 IPC at Police Station Raikot, District Ludhiana (Rural) and the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel submits that out of 11 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 6 have already been examined. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his pleas before the trial court at the appropriate stage.
