(ORAL) CRM-W-1122-2022 This is an application to place on record the copy of letter dated 17.04.2021 and receipt as Annexures R-3 and R-4.

In view of the contents and prayer clause of the application, the same is allowed. Annexures R-3 and R-4 are taken on record. CRM-W-1127-2022 This is an application to place on record the copy of order dated 29.07.2022 for withdrawing consent in HMA 13-B in Family Court, Bahadurgarh as Annexure P-9. In view of the contents and prayer clause of the application, the same is allowed. Annexure P-9 is taken on record.

CRWP-2905-2022 Learned counsel for the parties submit that mediation failed. Learned counsel for respondent No. 3-husband submits that this petition is false and frivolous and has been filed by concealing the material facts. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide a communication between the husband and wife, husband had assured her that he would take the child along with him to Germany.

Given above, this petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 3husband to start taking appropriate steps for taking the child with him to Germany. It is JYOTI 2022.08.31 14:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document clarified that he shall apply for the visa within one year from today.

CRM-W-1122-2022 in/and -2CRWP-2905-2022 It is further clarified that in case visa is not granted by the concerned Embassy, then the respondent-husband shall not be blamed for not taking the child along with him.

Liberty reserved to the petitioner to take all legal remedies available with her except filing of habeas corpus again. It is also clarified that the observation regarding respondent-husband shall take steps to get visa of the child shall not be taken by the petitioner for her benefit in any legal proceedings.
