**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this 4th petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.385 dated 06.11.2017, registered under Sections 148, 149 and 302 IPC; Sections 148 and 149 IPC (deleted) and Sections 120-B and 34 IPC (added later on) and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, the FIR was registered way back on 06.11.2017 and that, though, the challan was presented on 03.02.2018, yet the fact remains that out of total 24 prosecution witnesses, only 6 have been examined, so far. He further submits that the trial is going at a snail's pace and confines his prayer to the extent that the trial Court be directed to conclude the trial in a time bound manner.
