The present petition has been filed under Section 483 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of appropriate orders/directions to the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur to decide the complaint bearing CRM-699 of 2023 dated 14.09.2023 (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioners under Section 156(3) Code of Criminal Procedure, in a time bound manner.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition and contained his prayer that appropriate direction be issued to the State Authorities to comply with the order dated 14.09.2023 passed by the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur on his complaint.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of and the trial Court shall proceed further in accordance with law and its order dated 14.09.2023 (Annexure P-5) already passed.
