Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.36 dated 19.3.2015 under Section 420 IPC, PS Daresi, Ludhiana, Distt.Ludhiana.

Petitioner no.1 Babita Mehra and petitioner no.2 Jashan Mehra are wife and son of main accused Sanjay Mehra. The allegation against them is that they in connivance with main accused have duped the owners of M/s PK Knitwear by purchasing goods worth Rs.2.90 lacs in the name of M/s Ponahari Traders and refused payment of the same. On investigations, it has been found that there is no firm by the name of M/s Ponahari Traders.

CRM-M 19825/2015 roped in for the reason that they are family members of the main accused and to put pressure on main accused.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhvinder Singh states that petitioners have joined investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required.

In view of the above interim bail/protection granted vide order dated 3.7.2015 is made absolute.
