(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.85 dated 24.08.2016, registered at Police Station Mazboolpura, Amritsar Rural, Distt Amritsar, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 376/506/120-B IPC and Section 4/6 of POCSO Act. The allegation against the present petitioner is that she hatched conspiracy with co-accused Ram Singh in commission of offence of rape.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that out of 16 witnesses, 06 have been examined which includes the complainant and the prosecutrix.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2016.
