The present application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed for recalling of the order dated 30.07.2018 whereby the main petition (CRMM-19889-2017) was dismissed for non-prosecution. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The main petition (CRM-M-19889-2017) is ordered to be restored to its original number and with the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner, the same is taken on Board today itself. CRM stands disposed off. CRM-M-19889-2017 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main case i.e. Complaint Case No.44/2014 dated 14.08.2014 titled 'Pardeep Kaur vs. Gurpreet Singh and Others' pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Tohana, District Fatehabad since stands decided.
