(ORAL) Keeping in view the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in General Manager, Kisan Sahkari Chini Mills Ltd., Sultanpur, U.P. Vs. Satrughan Nishad and others, 2003(8) SCC 639, which is consistently followed by this Court, present writ petition against the Kaithal Cooperative Sugar Mills Ltd. is not maintainable before this Court as the petitioners have a remedy under the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984.

In view of the above, counsel for the petitioners states that he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate authorities under the Cooperative Societies Act, for the redressal of their grievances.
