* * * * This writ petition has been filed against the award of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court by the workman. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought time on September 23, 2016 to contact the petitioner and to obtain instructions. Learned counsel, today, informs that in spite of his best efforts, he has not been able to contact the petitioner. He had also written letters, which were not responded. In view of the above, this writ petition is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to get it revived in case of need.
