The said matter, i.e CWP Nos.15372 of 1999 and CWP Nos.1752 of 2000, 3928 of 2000 and 7393 of 2000 have been disposed of as infructuous on the statement of counsel today as no cause of action survives therein. Accordingly, we also dispose of the present writ petition as infructuous on the same reasoning with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in case any cause of action still survives.
