(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case registered by way of FIR No.338 dated 17.12.2015 at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Ludhiana City under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 448, 511, 120B IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of orders of interim bail dated 14.06.
2016 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigations which is not controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Amreek Singh Police Station Salem Tabri, District Ludhiana who submits that the petitioner is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. Though the same is sought to be opposed by learned counsel for the complainant. However, keeping in view the stand of the Investigating Officer and the stand of the State, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide SUNIL DEVI 2016.12.
CRM-M-20800-2016 -2order dated 14.06.2016 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.(challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
