He has filed his affidavit dated 18.3.2015 wherein it is indicated that for the lapse noticed in the previous order, regular enquiry for major punishment against HC Harinderjit Singh No.457/ASR(R) has already been completed and a show cause for imposition of a penalty of forfeiture of one year of service has been issued and on receipt of reply appropriate action shall be taken.

In view of the aforesaid statement of facts by SSP, this Court feels that no further monitoring is required. File be consigned to records.
