(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondents No.3 to 5 not to harass the petitioners as Superintendent of Police (Investigation), Fazilka has already dealt with the complaint filed by respondent No.6 and it has been found that no action is required against them as per enquiry report dated 27.01.2020 (Annexure P4). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset submits that proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous as charge sheet in the FIR in question has already been filed and trial has commenced. 3.

In view of the above, no further proceedings are warranted before this Court. Instant petition is disposed of as infructuous. 4.
