(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.27 dated 21.01.2020 registered under Sections 3/13(1), 3/13(3) and 17 of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 at Police Station City Nuh, District Nuh, Haryana.

According to prosecution, on the basis of secret information, canter bearing registration No.HR-38C-7145 was checked. On seeing the police party, petitioner and his accomplice, namely, Umar succeeded in fleeing away. Three skins of slaughtered cows, plastic bag, one knife and one axe along with rope were recovered from the said canter, besides two cows tied to trees for the purpose of slaughtering. Learned counsel inter alia contends that petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. He has falsely been implicated. No recovery has to be effected from him.
