This petition has been filed for directing the official respondents no.1 to 4 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.403 dated 18.5.2022 under Sections 323, 377, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from L/SI Asha, submits that after investigation, cancellation report has been presented in the Court on 28.3.2023.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition to avail appropriate remedy, in accordance with law. 4.
