1. Petitioner No. 2-Harmandeep Singh is present in person along with his counsel. Although, the present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking protection to their life and liberty as they apprehend threat to the same, having married against the wishes of parents and relatives of petitioner No.1, but the learned counsel for the petitioners has informed that though petitioner no. 1 had come to the Court premises today along with petitioner no. 2 but the parents and relatives of petitioner no.1 forcibly took her away along with them.

2. It has, thus, been submitted that in view of the aforesaid changed circumstances, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file 'habeas corpus' petition seeking release of petitioner no. 1-Lovepreet Kaur.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
