On 19.03.2020 and 14.10.2022, learned counsel for the petitioners had sought adjournment.

Through this petition, the petitioners seek issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to make an arrangement enabling them to meet their daughter, who is alleged to be in illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 12.

At this stage, learned State counsel has drawn attention of this Court to the order dated 07.01.2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide which the earlier petition bearing CRWP-1086-2019 filed by petitioner No.1, for release of his daughter, was disposed of noting that Wakila (daughter of the petitioner) had got recorded her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stating therein that she has performed marriage AMAN JAIN 2022.11.21 16:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgmentt

CRM-M-10998-2020 (O&M) -2with Asfak (respondent No.4) and she is residing happily with him. Since, the relief sought for in this petition has already been availed by petitioner No.1 in CRWP-1086-2019 and the same has duly been taken into consideration by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 07.01.2020, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Above all, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners today. Dismissed.
