Learned State counsel submits that out of seventeen witnesses cited by the prosecution, eight have been examined. Only official witnesses remain to be examined. Prosecution shall endeavor to conclude its evidence at the earliest.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh in case trial does not conclude within a period of five months.
