CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Mr. Arun Khatri, Advocate for the petitioners. *** This is a petition for quashing of F.I.R. and subsequent proceedings being illegal and abuse of process of law.
I have gone through the F.I.R. The petitioners are specifically named therein and criminal acts have been attributed to them which show commission of cognizable offences. After completion of investigation, they have been challaned and now they are facing trial. Their guilt shall be determined during the trial. There is nothing to show that the lodging of F.I.R. is an abuse of process of law. Thus, there is no ground for interference while exercising powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
The petition stands dismissed.
