Pursuant to the interim order dated 21.1.2016, the petitioner has already put in appearance before the trial court/ summoning court, as per the instructions imparted by SI Joginder Pal to the learned State counsel.

The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 21.1.2016 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished subject to the condition that he will continue to appear before the trial court and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause.
