(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the action of respondents in not releasing the salary and other benefits to the petitioner in the pay scale of the post of Supervisor i.e. Rs.950-1800 before 01.01.1996 and thereafter, in the revised pay scale, on which he is working w.e.f. February, 1994 and further not considering the claim of the petitioner as per the decision of this Court in CWP No.2481 of 1994. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to get instructions from the petitioner. In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
