Respondent no. 4-Rajesh Kumar and respondent no. 5-Neelam, father and mother of the girl alongwith petitioners Priya and Sukhjinder Singh have come present personally. The parents have been identified by Mr. A.K. Handa, Advocate, who has filed power of attorney on their behalf. The parents have made statement before this Court that they do not object to the relationship of both the petitioners and have undertaken that they shall not interfere in the life and personal liberty of the petitioners. Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioners as well as petitioners have made statement for withdrawal of present petition reserving their right to move this Court again, if need so arises.
