Mr. Shaurya Puri, Advocate for the respondent. *** Learned counsel for the applicant states that as per settlement arrived at between the parties, the divorce petition in question is to be got transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Amritsar and then it is to be got converted into a petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act for grant of divorce by mutual consent. The detailed compromise and conditions have been settled in the written compromise between the parties. He prays that the application be accepted.

Learned counsel for the respondent admits the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties and submits that he has no objection if the petition in question is transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Amritsar.
