Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr,P.C is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to direct the Investigating Officer of Police Station Division B, Amritsar for taking action against the private respondents regarding the DDR/ Rapat No.49 having been got registered by petitioner No.1 in FIR No.292 dated 29.10.2021 registered under Sections 323/324/427/506/148/149 (Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Division B, Amritsar.
Learned State Counsel submits that a cancellation report in the afore-mentioned cross version DDR/ Rapat No.49 has been submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate and the matter is now posted for 17.08.2022 for further proceedings.
Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedies in accordance with law.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
