(ORAL) Learned senior counsel for the petitioners, when confronted with clause (ix) and (x) of paragraph 9 prescribing procedure for admission as contained in the notification dated 14.02.2022, prays for and is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to invoke the same by approaching first the admission committee and if so required the appellate authority thereafter. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State of Haryana as well as learned counsel for respondent No. 3 submit that in case the petitioners do so, the authorities shall look into the representation/grievances of the petitioners and take a decision thereon in accordance with law within three days.
