The petitioner along with three others, was found in a car with 12 bottles of Rexcof of 100 ml. each. He has been in custody since 28.11.2014. The petitioner is stated to be a student. Though the allegations are serious, adopting the reformative approach and the age of the petitioner, he can be granted the concession of bail. The petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to the satisfaction of the CJM, Sangrur. The petitioner will furnish an undertaking before his release that he will not indulge in similar activity. In case of any such eventuality, this order will be liable to be cancelled.
