Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 85 dated 8.5.2017, registered under Section 323 & 34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and they are not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, they be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Manjit Singh, affirmed the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Criminal Misc.
