(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR No.291, dated 03.11.2018, Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran, under Sections 307, 325, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of a compromise having been effected between the parties. Learned State counsel has informed that upon investigation the petitioner has been found innocent.
