**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest, in case FIR No. 34 dated 17.03.2018, under Sections 306/34 IPC registered at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 30.05.2018 :- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific allegations have been levelled against the petitioner, who is mother-in-law of the deceased. In fact, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this matter. It is further submitted that co-accused has been granted interim bail in Crl. Misc. M 16628 of 2018.

To be heard along with Crl. Misc. M 16628 of Satyawan 2018.08.31 18:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to her furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investing Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer confirms the factum of joining investigation by the petitioner.

Since the petitioner has joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 30.05.2018 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 31.08.2018 (JAISHREE THAKUR) Satyawan JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes.
