(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.229 dated 09.07.2016 registered under Section 279, 337, 338 IPC as well as later on added Section 304-A IPC at Police Station Shivaji Colony, Rohtak, and charge-sheet dated 14.12.2016 (Annexure P-2).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits this this petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has expired on 17.05.2021. He has produced copy of the order dated 10.09.2021 passed by Judicia Magistrate First Class, Rohtak, whereby proceedings against the petitioner have been dropped on account of his death. The said order is taken on record.
