RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 16.01.2019 (Annexure P-3) of the appellate Court, directing the petitioner to deposit 20% amount of the compensation awarded by the trial Court.

Learned counsel for respondents-complainant submits that in view of judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme in Surinder Singh Deswal @ Col. S.S. Deswal and others v. Virender Gandhi, 2019(3) R.C.R.(Crl.) 186 instant petition has rendered infructuous.
