Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of the averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to ensure that in case the petitioner is sought to be associated with any inquiry or some information is to be elicited from him, then a prior written notice be served upon him. It is further directed that in case any search is to be conducted at the residence of the petitioner, the same be conducted strictly as per rules including Section 100 Cr.P.C.
