Learned counsel representing the respondent states that the matter has since been compromised between the parties in terms of which they have filed a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in Family Court at Patiala, where statements of both the spouses have been recorded on first motion and now the case is listed for 21.1.2020 for recording statements of parties on second motion.

It being so, the present application has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
