ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) On 04.04.2022, the following order was passed : "None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the case being called twice.

As per office note, an identical case being CR-15202021 was filed by the same counsel which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 19.08.2021.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 12.05.2022." As noticed in the order dated 04.04.2022, a similar revision petition being CR-1520-2021 was filed by the counsel for the petitioner, which was dismissed vide order dated 19.08.2021. Today no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice.
