By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has approached this Court inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.3, to grant Pharmacist Licence to the petitioner, for which, he had applied for, vide application bearing reference No.202203156, dated 29.07.2022, and had deposited the requisite fee of Rs.10,203.44. Counsel representing respondents No.3 and 4, has placed on record a communication dated 13.03.2024, to submit that the application of the petitioner for registration under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, has been rejected, and a communication has been sent to him. 3.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid communication.
