***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.197 dated 05.04.2017 under Section 379-A IPC registered at Police Station Surajkund, District Faridabad.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satbir Singh submits that petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. Besides challan has already been filed before the competent court.

In view of the above, order dated June 02, 2017, is hereby made absolute.
