This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 276 dated 23.12.2017 under sections 323, 324, 427, 379-B, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 23.01.2018, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 23.01.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
