M.M.S.BEDI,J.
It has been informed on the instructions of SI M.R. Jassi that cancellation report has been prepared and sent for approval to ADGP concerned.
In view of the said circumstances, there does not appear to be any reasonable apprehension of arrest.
The petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, counsel for the complainant has intervened to contest the conduct of the investigating agency being unfair. It is observed that dismissal of this petition will not, in any manner, prejudice the right of the complainant to file protest petition or to make a representation to the higher authorities challenging the cancellation report or to take any other legal remedy, as per law.
