(ORAL) Present petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned order (Annexure P-9) passed by the respondents, whereby the allotment of plot under oustee category has been rejected, and the same is a non-speaking order. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order be quashed only qua petitioner as no reason has been mentioned against the name of the petitioner in the aforesaid impugned order, by the authorities, while rejecting his application.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, the impugned order (Annexure P-9) is quashed only qua the petitioner, and the matter is remanded to the authorities concerned to pass a reasoned order on the application of the petitioner after affording him an opportunity of personal hearing, in accordance with law, within a period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of copy/ production of this order. 5.
