The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in case FIR No.472 dated 02.09.2013, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Faridabad Central, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to interim order dated 13.06.2016, petitioner has joined investigation. Petition is allowed. Interim order dated 13.06.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper the investigation in any manner.
