(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 34 of 02.05.2016, under Section 354 IPC, registered at P.S. Ghagga, District Patiala Learned State counsel, on instructions from Head Constable Paramjit Singh, has informed the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 06.07.2016 and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no longer required.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 13.06.2016 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute.
