RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Guruharsahai to decide the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for registration of FIR with a further direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to initiate action against the perpetrator of the crime in accordance with law on the application dated 28.10.2022 moved by the petitioner, Annexure P2.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that after filing of application, the proceedings are intentionally being delayed by the respondents and now the case is fixed for 09.05.2023 for filing status report. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Judicial Magistrate First Class, Guruharsahai MEENU 2023.03.20 09:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
