...Respondents
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NARESH KUMAR SANGHI
Present:
None for the petitioner.
Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) The case has been called twice. No one has put in appearance for the petitioner. Initially, the case was put up for hearing on 06.06.2014 and the same was adjourned to 11.06.2014. On 11.06.2014, at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the case was adjourned to 15.07.2014. On 15.07.2014 learned proxy counsel prayed for an adjournment for making submissions and as such, it was adjourned to 14.10.2014. On the said date, no one appeared for the petitioner, therefore, the case was adjourned for today. In spite of the calling the case twice, no one has put in appearance for the petitioner.
It seems that the neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present case.
Dismissed for want of prosecution.
