3. The counsel for the petitioner shall supply three copies of complete paper book to the counsel appearing for the State. 2.
The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 9. The counsel for the petitioners states that the representation given by the petitioners under Annexure P-5 may be considered by the 2nd respondent, Senior Superintendent of Police, Hisar. The 2nd respondent shall consider the representation given by the petitioners under Annexure P-5 and shall afford protection to the petitioner as the situation might warrant. The police will take appropriate assessment of the age of the girl and ensure that she is not a child within the definition of POCSO Act. The protection will be given irrespective of the status of marriage or the age but the company of the so-called husband will not be permitted with the 1st petitioner if there is any tangible information about the age which is less PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.06.17 15:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
