The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 9. The counsel for the petitioners states that the representation given by the petitioners under Annexure P-5 may be considered by the 2nd respondent, Senior Superintendent of Police, Hisar. The 2nd respondent shall consider the representation given by the petitioners under Annexure P-5 and shall afford protection to the petitioner as the situation might warrant. The police will take appropriate assessment of the age of the girl and ensure that she is not a child within the definition of POCSO Act.
